Please carefully go through my rules on refunds. these rules spell out what you should expect from my products you purchase on this website.
I have an obligation to you, the buyer of his/her product, on this website as the owner of the product.
The rules created here are based on consumer laws which I think from the best framework to govern the transactions that take place on Azahar. However, you should be aware that local laws regarding refunds still apply to you and the rules set out here are therefore not exhaustive.
These rules are designed to enable you know what to expect from me, while giving you some level of confidence in my products.
Outlined below are circumstances under which I expect to give you a refund on a product bought by you on this website.
PRODUCT DOES NOT CONFORM TO THE DESCRIPTION (“NOT AS DESCRIBED”)
You are entitled to a refund if the product is materially different from the product description or preview on the site, especially when the features and functionality vary with what is promised by me.
PRODUCT DOES NOT FUNCTION THE WAY IT SHOULD
If the product fails to function the way it is supposed to, and cannot be fixed, you are entitled to a refund. If the product is repairable, then I should do so on time by updating it, otherwise you are entitled to receive a refund.
PRODUCT IS PRONE TO SECURITY THREATS
If the product is rendered vulnerable to a security threat which cannot be easily resolved, then you are entitled to a refund on the product. If the security vulnerability is resolvable, then I should do so on time by updating it, otherwise you are entitled to receive a refund.
PRODUCT SUPPORT IS NOT PROVIDED AS PROMISED IN THE LISTING
If a product is listed as “supported” by me, and I fails to provide support for the purchased product in accordance with Azahar support policy, you will be entitled to a refund.
PRODUCT SUPPORT EXTENSION WHICH FAILS TO BE USED
If you request a refund for a purchased product extension before the existing product support expires you are entitled to a refund of the product’s support extension.
REASONS THAT MAY CAUSE THE BUYER NOT TO RECEIVE A REFUND
If a product is essentially similar to the given description, and works as it should (as per the product description in the listing), there is no obligation to give a refund. This situation may arise in the following circumstances:
- The buyer no longer wants the product after downloading it
- The product does not meet the buyer’s expectations
- The buyer changes his/her mind for whatever reason
- The buyer purchases the product by mistake
- The buyer lacks enough expertise to use the product
If you and Azahar are unable to reach an agreement on a refund, the matter can be raised with Payment Service Provider for a dispute resolution. Upon investigating the matter,They will come to a decision using all available information, which you are expected to accept as final.
